Welcome to Australia Career Forum ("us", "we", or "our"). By using our services, including the platform and subscription services, you ("the user") are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Founded in 2021, Australia Career Forum is the largest Facebook community for Mandarin-speaking professionals across Australia. Our services are designed to help members establish connections across various industries and facilitate communication between professionals in their respective fields.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Australia Career Forum. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the account registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. By subscribing to our membership plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We will notify you of the upcoming renewal two weeks before your subscription is set to expire. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

You are responsible for any content you make available through our services. You agree not to edit personal information that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful to others. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
